At National Environment Care Federation (NECF), we are committed to raise awareness on the importance of environmental conservation. You can involve in the cause by volunteering. Apart from this, you are also welcome to donate for our activities of tree planting as well as legal activism to protect life on Mother Earth. The law is the ultimate recourse to justice. To protect Mother Earth, our justice system provides the best tools to protect the environment. The Supreme Court plays a crucial role through Public Interest Litigation in the field of environmental law. There are various cases where the Supreme Court and the High Courts have given decisive verdicts to protect the environment. While approaching the courts of law, we require resources for data collection, research and documentation, and for engaging eminent lawyers.
